Do you ever think about it
Back to the time when we were young
We were crazy in our heads
Always living on the run
Now I heard there’s something wrong In your life
And I heard you lost your piece of paradise
Well now there’s only one place I can think to go
Meet me on the river road

We were born into the wonder
When our time was on the rise
And we were chasing down the future
But we were running for our lives
Yes and I always knew one day you’d have to go
Ties could never bind you life was way to slow
Now I’m here and answering the call

So now lets pick up all the pieces of our lives
